Terry Neil

Terry Neil has spent an unreasonable number of years rolling dice, arguing about whether a gnome could realistically intimidate a dragon, and taking notes. Almost Legendary is the result of all three.

The series follows the worst adventuring party in fantasy history as they accidentally save the world — one catastrophic misunderstanding at a time. There’s a gnome who fights like a battering ram with feelings, a bard whose singing voice could be classified as a war crime, and a wizard whose spells technically work in the same way a house fire technically produces light.

Book one drops soon. If you’ve ever watched a plan fall apart and somehow produce a better outcome than the plan ever would have, this one’s for you.

Follow along for chapter previews, behind-the-scenes worldbuilding, and the occasional poll about which party member would die first in a real dungeon. (It’s the rogue. It’s always the rogue. He knows this.)
